I figured out how to save your memo notes. 1) You need a rooted phone and a Root Explorer App which enables you to browse through system folders. (Normal file explorers wouldn't work) 2) Memo is actually a database file with the name "Memo.db" located in /dbdata/databases/com.sec.android.app.memo 3) Goto above folder and copy the "Memo.db" to your external SD card. 4) After format/flashing, root the phone and copy back this file to the same place. Even if there is an app available to do this for you, it will still require Rooted device.
