HOW TO MAKE VERIFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN PAKISTAN?
I know you are frustrated because PayPal doesn’t offer its services in Pakistan. This is a big hurdle for us in receiving online payments and paying for services that only supports PayPal. Despite the fact that the online community has struggled a lot and filed many petitions to persuade somehow them opening their payment gateway for us, but all in vain. It seems quite unfair that 190 countries around the globe are being entertained with PayPal’s quality services while a few like Pakistan are deprived of it. Above all, we should also blame the negative minds who have disgraced the fame of Pakistan, and for this reason not only PayPal but many other services have closed their gates for Pakistan. But, there is a solution!
The Good News!
Like all other Pakistanis, I had also gone through the tough times without PayPal. However, after many struggles I managed to find an Alternative to verify PayPal in Pakistan. I can now proudly say that I live in Pakistan and own a verified PayPal account. Today, I’m going to share with you an easy step-by-step guide that can help you in verifying your own PayPal.
Is it legal?
Yes! The method I’m going to share with you IS NOT ILLEGAL. We’ll be using third-party services to help us in verifying a PayPal account.
Things We’ll Be Needing
- USA Bank Account, Credit or Debit Card. Don’t worry I’ll be explaining how to get a legal one FREE.
- USA Address. We’ll also manage to overcome this hurdle.
- A patience of few days.

Ordering a Payoneer MasterCard
First off all we need a Payoneer Master Card.
What is Payoneer?
It is an online payment solution just like PayPal where you can receive or send payments. Payoneer is a registered MasterCard Merchant Service Provider and is Partners with USA Bank to deliver its quality services across the globe.
When you sign up for Payoneer, you’ll get a REAL MASTERCARD shipped for free to your address. You can swipe it in any ATM of the world. In Pakistan Standard Chartered Bank, Allied Bank and MCB supports Payoneer MasterCard.How to Apply for a FREE Payoneer MasterCard?
The most important step in getting a verified PayPal is to order a Free Payoneer MasterCard. First of all you need to submit an application to order your card.
1) Click Here Get a Payoneer Card for Free Now. You’ll see a window as shown in the picture below.
3) In the new window, you’ll see a signup form. Fill in with your original Details. You first and last name must be identical to the one on your Government Issued CNIC. Also enter your valid email address (This will be your username). We prefer you to create one on Gmail. Finally give your real Date of Birth as mentioned on your CNIC. Please, not that you must be at least 18 Years of Age to apply for a personal Payoneer MasterCard. Alternatively you can order in the name of your Parents of elder siblings.
Once filled, click NEXT!
4) On the next page, select Pakistan from the drop down menu. Then enter a street address, City and Postal Code as it appears on the CNIC. Finally give a valid Mobile or Landline number. Once filled, hit NEXT.
5) Here you’ll be entering your password and security question. It’s better to write it on paper and store that piece of paper in a secure place. Moreover, choose an easy password that is memorable. Once done, Hit NEXT.
6) Finally, you have to select the type of Identity you’ll be providing. Prefer you CNIC. Next, enter the CNIC number without any spaces or dashed carefully.
7) Scroll Down a bit on the same page and accept all terms and agreements as in the picture below and hit Order.
Within a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Payoneer as in the image below.
Once their support team has verified your application and details you’ll receive a welcome email from Payoneer that would be as:
HURRAY! We have done the most important step in getting a verified PayPal account in Pakistan. Now you can login to your account from Payoneer.com>My Account. Enter your email address as a username and the password you gave while signing up.When Will You Get Your MasterCard?
It is the responsibility of Payoneer to ship your card to the address given. Normally, the card is shipped within 10-15 days and sometimes within a week. It depends on your location.
Steps Once You’ve received your Card
Activating your Master Card
1) Login to your Payoneer.com account.
2) Click on Activate Card.
3) Enter Username and Password Again.
4) Type the 16 digit card number.
5) Choose a four-digit PIN.
6) Click Submit.
Submitting Questionnaire, CNIC Scanned Images and Getting a Free USA Bank Account
1) Login to your Payoneer Account
2) On the top menu bar under the Receive Menu option click US PAYMENT SERVICE.
3) Scroll down a bit, you can see your personal USA “FIRST CENTURY BANK” account number and Routing Number. We’ll use it later in verifying PayPal.
Below your bank account number, you’ll see an option to submit Questionnaire and CNIC Scanned images. Click on Questionnaire and next page just write 2-5 lines telling them why you are using Payoneer. You can write that you have to receive payment from Freelancing sites, etc.
Now to submit your documents, click on Submit, choose the type of identity and upload the front and back of your CNIC. Finally hit submit.
We are finally done with Payoneer MasterCard. Now all we need to do is head towards PayPal and verify it using Payoneer.
Signing up for PayPal and verifying it Using Payoneer
At last we are here! Head over to Paypal.com and hit the Sign up Button.
Select “Personal Account and click Continue.”
Now enter the same email that you used on Payoneer, and choose a random Password and hit continue.
On the next page, you have to enter the first and last name. It must be the same as it appears on your Payoneer MasterCard. In the street address, enter the same street address the one you gave on Payoneer. For City type “New York”, for State “NY” and Zip Code “10001”. You may enter any city of United States but can also use the above one. For the mobile number, type in the seven digit number that you gave on Payoneer. So, if you mobile number is 03**-4567896, then you have to type only 4567896. Just remove the first four digits and type the remaining seven digits. Agree Terms and conditions and click Create Account.
Now enter your 16 Digit Payoneer Card number, expiration month, date and 3 digit CVV/CSS that is on the back of your card. Click Link Card!
You have to skip this form because we don’t need it.
OK! Now we have successfully created a PayPal account but it’s still not verified. Click on the “Account” button in the top right corner.
Next confirm your PayPal account by clicking on “Confirm Email” as shown below. You may be asked to set a security question. Just select a random and memorize it.
Now comes the interesting Part. Click on “Link a Bank” as shown in the picture below.
On the next window click, “I Have a Different Bank”.
Here choose bank type “Checking”. We’ll need a routing number and Bank account number. Login to your Payoneer Account!
Click on Receive Payment>US Payment Service and scroll down and copy paste the routing number and account number.Once done you have to click Agree and Link!
After 1-2 days, PayPal will send two small transactions in your Payoneer card. You’ll receive an email containing that amount as shown below.
Head over to your PayPal account and click, “Confirm Bank”. Enter the two amounts you received and hit Confirm.
HURRAAYYY! Now you have successfully verified your very own PayPal account in Pakistan. The only thing left is mobile number verification. This won’t be a problem, but for your safety you can buy a virtual USA Number and verify PayPal, or take help of a friend of family member in The USA to get you one.
Precautions
- Do not login again and again in your PayPal else it may get Limited.
- Don’t use different proxies to login.
- Always send payment to a verified PayPal.

Create Verified Paypal Account – As we all know paypal is not officially available in pakistan and it is the most commonly used for sending and receiving payments through out the world for bloggers and freelancers. So here i am with a working trick to create verified paypal account in pakistan.And you know what’s great about this method, it will not cost you a penny, and you don’t have to wait (you can create paypal account instantly). ?
METHOD FOR CREATING VERIFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT IN PAKISTAN ? IN 2016 FOR FREE…
So let’s begin! (make sure you follow each step carefully)
Step #1 : First of all open this link and generate US resident details.
Step #2 : After that open this link and generate US resident Address details.
Step #3 : Now you need a US IP address, Install Zen Mate Chrome Extension > select United states as virtual location. (i recommend Hotspot shield VPN or any other VPN with USA as virtual location) because they are more reliable, anyhow to keep it simple you can use zenmate. ?
Step #4 : Now open Official paypal home page for Paypal USA by clicking this link.
Step #5 : Click signup “button” > Select “Personal Account” Use your own email address and put earlier generated details in blank fields (in name remove any dot otherwise paypal will not accept the name). for US phone # follow step 8.
Step #6 : After that paypal will ask for bank or credit card details > skip it by clicking (I’ll do it later “botton”). skip all other steps, (if any popups up on screen)
Step #7 : Now open your paypal account dashboard and confirm email address. by simply clicking the button > paypal will send a confirmation email with a confirmation link simply click the link and enter your paypal password.
Step #8 : After that confirm your mobile number > Use TextNow service for virtual USA mobile number (don’t worry it is available in free package too) to do so. create and confirm textnow account via email or login with facebook id. (choice is up to you) ? textnow will ask for area code use this or google for more ;), add your mobile number without – or spaces into paypal > select number as “mobile” > click send verification code “button” > open your textnow account and you’ll have your paypal confirmation code like this and your verification code back to paypal to confirm your mobile #.
For next step you’ll be needing payoneer account and mastercard. if you don’t have it use this link to sign up (because it is my refferal link so as i’am a premium member there are 99% chances that your application will get approved.
Step #9 : in next step click confirm bank “button available on main dashboard of paypal”> select ” bank of america” as your bank > login into your payoneer account and use payoneer bank of america account details which are given in (US payment services menu) or in some payoneer accounts option will be available as [global payment services] anyway put your details as provided in this screenshot(yes! i know payoneer method for paypal is banned but this one is different & it’ll work trust me ? because we are creating an american paypal account), paypal will deposit a small 1-2 $ amount in your payoneer virtual bank of america bank account, view payoneer dashboard recent activity menu for transaction details and use the code and verify
Step #10 : After linking the bank you can also link payoneer master card with the same method you have linked bank account or you can use virtual credit card, but payoneer master card is recommended. ?

7 Steps to Get a Verified PayPal Account In Pakistan [UnSupported Countries]
Woho! Finally we were able to get our PayPal verified via Payoneer debit card in Un supported country i.e Pakistan.
It was so hard to reject those tempting offers, just due to the non availability of a reputable online transaction service that could act as a bridge to accept payments.

The only thing that kept me pulling back from verifying PayPal via Payoneer debit card was the legitimacy of the process. I doubted if it worked.
What is PayPal?
PayPal lets you accept or transfer payments online world wide. As its an industry standard, most of the advertisers are comfortable with the service and gives it priority over other services.
Is Your Country supported?
Here is the list where by you can check if your country is supported in PayPal system.
Whats the problem with 'PayPay Verification Process' anyway?
The thing is, PayPal isn't avail able in the entire world. They have a set of countries that are unsupported. Once you try making an account at PayPal.com, you would notice that a bunch of countries aren't listed there.
That's the deal.
Why to Verify PayPal Account?
If you go ahead and apply for PayPal account with any other countries name, you would notice that you would be able to make an account. Though this account would be 'unverified'.UN-verified PayPal accounts hinder you in few of these ways:
1- Though you can accept payments online (From your sponsors etc by giving away your PayPal ID, i.e your PayPal email address), though you would not be able to withdraw your money from your account.
That is you would never be able to see your hard earned money in your hand. Though you can always use your amounts online.
You can buy a domain online with your unverified PayPal account or order a mac book.
2- Unverified Paypal accounts are restricted to 500$ amount of transactions per month. So you cant make payments more than 500$ online in a month. Once the month ends, you can again use 500$ more anywhere online.
So to pull aside 500$ limit and to be able to withdraw your hard earned money in real life, you need to verify the account.
Hope that clears up the entire cloud of confusions.
What is Payoneer Debit Card?
Payoneer is a great service that provides a debit card service (MasterCard) that is accepted world wide and is also one of the most popular debit card services around.
We would use this debit card to verify our PayPal account.
So How to Get Verified PayPal Account?
There are few simple steps that are involved in the process. These are all the steps that i followed and indeed they worked gracefully.
Step 1: Apply for PayPal Account (Will explain in a bit)
Step 2: Apply for Payoneer Debit card
Step 3: Get Payoneer Approval & Receive debit card
Step 4: Apply for Us Payment Service
Step 5: Enter US Bank Details In PayPal (All is explained later in the post)
Step 6: Make Your First Widrawal
Step 7:Verify PayPal

Step #1 Apply for PayPal Account
Go to PayPal.com and create an account. Enter your name and all the necessary fields. For Address, search for sample address of US. You can easily get that by search Google. There are tons of address that you can enter in the fields below.
Note that we're creating this PayPal account via US (United States). You can use another verified country, though this is how it works perfectly.
Now when asked for Phone number, do the same and search for sample US telephone numbers. Once done, simply hit 'Agree and Create Account' button.
Now you would be taken to the PayPal main menu/dashboard. You would notice that in the status bar it mentions that the account is 'Unverified'.
Once you would complete the entire process, this would turn up to 'verified'.
Step #2 Apply for Payoneer Debit Card
Go to Get Payoneer Debit Card and signup. Fill in all the details. Once done, you would then be asked to verify your Payoneer account. They do that before shipping you the card its self for your verification.
You would get an email for verification that would lay down the details of how you can verify your account. Most likely they would ask you to upload your ID Card (scanned, or a picture front/back), or a drivers license, passport etc. Any of these would work.
I simply took pictures of the National ID card with my mobile and uploaded the pictures and it worked. (they would tell you the place to upload the document. So there is nothing much to worry)
Step #4 Get Approval
In 3-4 days you would get the email that your Payoneer account has been verified and that they would ship your card to your home (the address that you would give while making the payoneer account).
So do give the right information while filling up the Payoneer form. Specially the card holder name. Make sure that it is same as on your National ID card.
Step #5 Apply for US Payment Service
Us payment Service is a service by Payoneer where by they allow their card holders to get a portion of their US Bank Account.
Basically, to get the PayPal account and get it verified, you require a US bank account. As you dont have that obviously, you would get that via Payoneer US Payment Service.
It is actually like a virtual account. Though you don't have the account in reality, Payoneer allocates you (Payoneer Card Holder) a portion of their bank account in US. ( Payoneer have an account in 'First Century Bank' in US.)
So once, you're approved as a card holder in Step#4, you would get an email to apply for US Payment Service if you're interested in receiving money from Companies like PayPal, Amazon etc.
You would simply have to fill in a question are that would require you to answer some simple questions.
Once done, you would submit that form and wait for another 3-4 days. You would than again get an email that your US Payment Service is approved. Your US Bank account details would be emailed to you. ( virtual bank account details).
These details include 'Bank Account#, and 'Securty code'. So by now, you would have your own virtual bank account (via Payoneer US Payment Service) that you would enter into PayPal bank account verification system to get verified.
So your Payoneer card would represent your First Century Bank account. Every transaction that would be made in your virtual account would be seen in your Payoneer account.
Step #6 Make Your First Widrawl.
Sign into your PayPal account and withdraw around 4-5$ into your bank account. (your virtual First Century bank account). PayPal would ask you to enter your bank account details. This is where you would enter the details sent by Payoneer in the email.
PayPal would then validate your bank account (takes 2-3 seconds) and would transfer the amounts. You would then able to see these '2 transaction' into your Payoneer transaction list with in 1-2 days. these both transaction would be less than a $. (e.g 0.03 and 0.15).
These would just be made to test if you have the control over your bank account. You would then have to login to your PayPal account again and hit 'verify bank account' link on the right side bar.
Then simply enter these 2 amounts that you checked in your Payoneer transaction list. Thats all. It would verify your bank account and thats all! Wolaa!
You now have your very own PayPal verified account.
Step #7 Withdraw all the money that you want
Now simply transfer your PayPal amounts into your bank account (that is your Payoneer card) and use it anywhere in the world MasterCard supported ATMs.
In Pakistan, Standard Chartered bank accepts MasterCard.
NOTE: Never enter your Payoneer Card into ATM if it has no amount loaded in it. ATMs would most probably eat up your card. Make sure you load it before using it for withdrawal at ATMs.
