Galloway is a Scottish politician, author and talkshow host noted for his left-wing views, confrontational style, and rhetorical skill.
The video of him lambasting the US senate is the best of the lot. The US senate falsely accuses him of taking bribes from Saddam Hussain. In response, Galloway tears apart the senate single handedly by questioning their invasion of Iraq and their subsequent failure to achieve even a semblance of law and order in that country. He also questions the motive behind the invasion and accuses them of taking away the wealth of not just the Iraqi people, but also that of the American taxpayers. He asks them to account for the 8.8 billion dollars of Iraq's wealth that went missing under their watch. He says that he had warned them against invading Iraq but no one took him seriously. Unfortunately for Iraq and the international community at large, the words of anti war activists like Galloway, were never taken seriously and consequently we are faced with the present fiasco. All in all , this is a must watch video for all those people who are of the opinion that the invasion of Iraq was one big mistake which will be a source of embarrassment for the US government for years to come.

The Western world rarley gets such leaders but George Galloway has proved that despite his very vocal opposition to the atrocities committed by Israel, he is still not harmed by the so called Jewish lobby. I think other politicians need to learn from him.

That hornetsy nest, Congress, faced down with panache!
Like cunning sly foxes, they hid in their hole,
And slipped out, their smears and distortions to spread;
But you stood before them steadfast, in control,
An eagle before which, like sparrows, they fled.
Their crimes were highlighted, their low dirty deeds,
Which even wild animals aren't prone to do;
Just look at Iraq: she's destroyed, how she bleeds!
Her innocents slaughtered, her destitute too.
Bad men lit the fire of this war just like that;
It won't be put out, though, by these useless duds;
While Blair lives in style in his luxury flat,
The bills are all paid in his people's red blood.
