rooted my phone but want to go back to stock rom [duplicate]

This question already has an answer here: Where can I find stock or custom ROMs for my Android device?   2 answers Okay so i rooted my Samsung Galaxy Express to jelly bean 4.2.2 using the method below. but i cant access Samsung kies because it doesn't recognize rooted phones. So i was wondering if there was any way to keep the rooted features but go back to the stock rom? And if there is how do i do it and where do i get the file from?
